Lifting, stacking, loading/unloading and short-haul transport of palletised or loose loads up to 2 000 kg.

Works indoors on concrete and outdoors on gravel, asphalt or packed earth thanks to high-ground-clearance mast and pneumatic tyres.

Optional attachments (side-shifter, paper clamp, brick fork, etc.) extend the truck to special-material handling.

Features & Performance

Power-train: Xinchai 490 4-cylinder indirect-injection diesel, 40 kW (≈ 54 hp) @ 2 650 rpm, 156 N·m torque from 1 700–1 900 rpm – strong lugging power and low fuel consumption (≈ 2.8 L/h at full load).

Lifting: 3 m 2-stage wide-view mast as standard, 4.22 m max fork height with optional stopper shelf; full-free lift available on request. 500 mm/s loaded lifting speed keeps cycle times short.

Travel: 19 km/h laden top speed, 20 % laden gradeability, 17 kN draw-bar pull – enough to climb dock ramps or operate on slight inclines with a full load.

Ergonomics: Adjustable suspension seat, dual-element air cleaner, reverse alarm, LED front / rear work lamps, 12 V / 80 Ah maintenance-free battery, fingertip hydraulic levers.

Safety: Integral overhead guard (2 160 mm), 6°/12° mast tilt, dual-mast buffer cylinders, automatic park brake on inching pedal, 2 190 mm outside turning radius for tight aisles.

Materials & Build

Heavy-gauge carbon-steel frame, cast-iron counter-weight, forged forks 1 070 × 122 × 40 mm, heel thickness 45 mm.

Pneumatic tyres 7.00-12-12 PR front / 6.00-9-10 PR rear give 130 mm ground clearance and good shock absorption on uneven yards.

All hoses use cone-seal joints; main lift cylinder fitted with explosion-proof valve; composite fan and aluminium radiator guarantee cooling from –10 °C to +45 °C ambient.

Hinged bonnet opens > 80° for tool-free daily checks; spin-on filters and easy-drain 60 L steel fuel tank cut service time.

Single unit secured with 4 × M24 steel brackets to heavy-duty steel pallet.

Mast tilted back 3°, forks removed and banded alongside; mast-top wrapped in bubble film, body shrink-wrapped and edge-protected with cardboard.

Packed dimensions (mast 3 m version): ≈ 3.7 × 1.2 × 2.3 m (L × W × H)

Gross packed weight: ≈ 3 800 kg

Optional 3-stage container mast reduces height to 2.0 m for 20’GP shipment.

Lead time: 10–15 days for standard spec; 20 days for custom mast / attachments.

Payment: T/T 30 % deposit, 70 % against B/L copy; irrevocable L/C at sight accepted.
