1. Effectively monitor the concentration of explosive mixtures in the operating area. 2. Use anti-static belts, tires, non-metallic fans and anti-collision and spark measures for the forks and car bodies. 3. Control the surface temperature of the vehicle and the exhaust temperature of the diesel engine so that they are not higher than the temperature group value specified for the explosion-proof forklift. 4. Install flame arresters and exhaust spark arresters in the diesel engine intake and exhaust systems. 5. Take protective measures for electrical components such as forklift starter motors, motors, batteries, switches and instruments to eliminate or control arcs and sparks. 6. Use an independent automatic control system for over-temperature, over-speed and leakage protection.
