The CDD-H all-terrain electric pallet stacker application for agricultural packhouses and farm storage is based on the verified 1,500 kg and 2,000 kg family, subject to final configuration. It is intended for pallet movement between produce receiving, covered storage, packing lines and dispatch areas where surfaces may be less uniform than a standard warehouse floor. ZGFORKLIFT / MYZG evaluates load, pallet, lift height, ground condition, gradient, moisture, battery duty and local service together.

Survey the real farm route

Record maximum pallet weight, dimensions, load center, packaging stability, pallet entry, lift height, doorway, aisle, turning area and travel distance. Map concrete, compacted surfaces, thresholds, drainage channels, wet zones and gradients. “All terrain” does not remove stability limits: deep mud, severe slopes, holes and unsupported edges require correction or different equipment.

Produce and agricultural supplies can shift, leak or change weight with moisture. Include partial pallets, bins, bagged goods and returnable containers in the review. Confirm residual capacity for the exact mast, fork setting and load center before purchase.

Compare equipment formats

Review the pallet stacker category and the original MYCDD-H all-terrain electric stacker reference. A stacker may suit pallet placement in covered or semi-outdoor areas; a counterbalanced or rough-terrain forklift may be required for unsupported loads, severe surfaces or long outdoor travel.

Agricultural selection checklist

Load: provide weights and dimensions for produce bins, fertilizer, seed, packaging and finished pallets. Identify liquid movement and unstable bags.

Surface: photograph the worst route after rain. Measure gradients, ruts, drains, transitions and clearances.

Mast: state lift height, free-lift need, closed height and overhead structures. Confirm residual capacity for the ordered mast.

Energy: calculate peak harvest-shift travel, lift cycles, temperature, breaks and charger supply.

Safe work around people and vehicles

Separate workers, tractors, trucks and stackers where practical. Define crossing priorities, speed zones, parking and charging. Operators should travel with loads correctly lowered, avoid side slopes and abrupt turns, and stop when surface, visibility or packaging is unsafe. Never work near an unsupported edge or unstable vehicle floor.

Use the electric stacker safe-operation guide and the explanation of pallet stacker functions as planning references. Follow the delivered manual, site assessment and local authorization rules.

Cleaning and maintenance

Inspect forks, mast, chains, hoses, wheels, brakes, steering, emergency controls, battery restraint and connectors before use. Check for mud, crop residue, wrap, corrosion and moisture. Isolate the machine when a defect affects braking, steering, lifting, stability or electrical safety.

Plan cleaning without forcing water or chemicals into electrical components. Record lubrication, fork and chain inspection, wheel wear, hydraulic condition and battery care. The parts and dealer support page can help plan local stock. Provide machine identification, configuration and photographs for parts requests.

Dealer and export planning

Dealers should inspect actual surfaces, pallets and peak seasonal duty. A controlled trial should use representative loads and routes. Handover should cover approved areas, gradients, load limits, charging, parking, emergency response and defect reporting.

Request applicable CE documentation for the exact supplied configuration where required. EPA engine-emissions certification is generally not relevant to an electric stacker, though destination rules still require review. No unsupported certificate, export count, customer case or performance guarantee is claimed.
